Join us for a spectacular evening at the NWA Festival of the Trees Celebration and Auction! This exciting event will take place on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 150 North Skyline Drive, Fayetteville, AR 72701.

As we celebrate the rich history of Mount Sequoyah, we invite you to be a part of this milestone event. The evening will kick off at 5:30 PM with a warm welcome and a chance to mingle with fellow guests. Explore the beautifully beautiful decorated trees and wreaths while enjoying hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

The highlight of the evening will be our auction, where you'll have the opportunity to bid on the donated trees and wreaths. All proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting the preservation and growth of Mount Sequoyah.

Jingle Bell Jog

Runners and walkers of all ability levels and ages are invited to participate in the 11th Annual Jingle Bell Jog at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks on Saturday, December 16, 2023. Ugly Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, elf ears, and anything that sparkles and jingles is highly encouraged! No pets please.

Registration:

5K Run/Walk | All Ages | $30 ($35 after November 30)

5K Run/Walk – Team of 4 | All Ages | $25 ($30 after November 30)

Children’s Fun Run | Ages 6-12 | $17.50 ($20 after November 30)

Little Sprouts Fun Run | 5 & under | Free

Schedule & Course:

Gates open at 7:30 am. Runners can register and check-in at this time. A continental breakfast and children’s craft activity will be available in the Event Hall from 8:00 to 9:00 am.

5K Run/Walk: The Fayetteville Athletic Club will lead the warm-up stretch at 8:30 am. The 5K (all ages) starts at 9:00 am. This course starts & finishes inside the Garden and is out and back along the Lake Fayetteville Trail and the Razorback Greenway. The race will be chip-timed. Medals will be awarded and winners announced at 9:30 am. All race finishers will receive a finisher medal. Awards will also be handed out to the fastest girl/woman and boy/man runners in each age group.

Children’s Fun Run: The Fayetteville Athletic Club will lead the warm-up stretch at 9:30 am. The Children’s Fun Run (ages 6-12) starts at 9:45 am. This run is 1 mile and takes place inside the Garden. All race finishers will receive a finisher medal. The first 250 participants will receive a swag bag.

Little Sprouts Fun Run: The Little Sprouts Fun Run (ages 5 & under) starts at 10:00 am. The course is 3 laps around the Great Lawn circle. All participants will get a prize!

Ozark Blues Society of NWA's "Bound for Beale Street" fundraising event, Sunday, January 7, 6-9pm.

Performances by Oreo Blue, Divas On Fire, and the Chad Marshall Band. Ozark Blues Society supports many activities throughout the year. This January, the Society sponsors the Blues Challenge winner Chad Marshall Band going to Memphis to compete in the International Blues Challenge on Beale Street.

OBS is also sponsoring young musician Chyrell Stanley to perform in the Youth Showcase.

Frost Fest returns on February 3rd, 2024! Clear your calendars and prepare for the frostiest day of the year at our seventh annual winter beer festival!

Join us the first Saturday in February as we celebrate craft beer, community and winter in the Ozarks while supporting local nonprofits. Sample the best of the best in craft beer from around the region at Frost Fest 2024!

In 2023, 56 breweries from across the region sampled their delicious creations to our beer loving friends, and helped raise $50,000 for our nonprofit partners at the frostiest Frost Fest to date!

At Frost Fest 2024, you will experience breweries typically not available in Arkansas, sample creations only available at a brewery taproom--including fun one-offs & special edition beers from local/regional favorites, and get down to local bands.

Heroes & Hot Rods in the Ozarks - Cars & Coffee

Come join Heroes & Hot Rods in the Ozarks & the Arkansas Air & Military Museum April 27th, July 13th & September 21st 2024 for a wild Cars & Coffee! You will get to park with the military vehicles and planes. We will have coffee, food, veteran and automotive vendors to check out as well.

This event is open to anything on wheels so come out and join us. Please share the event with anyone you know.

All funds raised during the event go to help the Arkansas Air & Military Museum
